I'm trying to see this as an opportunity for me to work on my researching skills. As many of you know I have been considering getting a Master's degree in Library Science, and I've been considering focusing on being a reference librarian, and they are all about the research. This semester I'm even taking a class on Reference and computer skills, so in a way this might help me in my class as well. I started working on my first post today while I was at work at Tuacahn, which did not work out because they had me do a backstage tour and then I had work at the gate, and I just didn't have a whole lot of time to focus. During the week should be better because I have more time since I only work about twenty hours during the week, the weekend is far too stressful for me.
I couldn't help myself it's too funny, and I'm sorry if I offended anyone, but come on it's hilarious! |
However, if you do want to read my blogs maybe I'll post them or at least the link to them so you can still hear my beautiful voice. And if anything really exciting happens you will see it on my blog.
On another note, I've decided that this summer I will be going to England for a study abroad program with the English Department. I'll probably be leaving right after graduation and I'll be gone for at least two weeks, I'm trying to convince Libby that she should fly out and meet me at the end of my trip and we could tour Europe for a little while. Of course I understand that this will be expensive but I'm going to do whatever I can to actually do it because let's face it when else will I get an opportunity like this?
For now "That's all Folks!" I hope you won't forget me, just remember I still love you all!
Did I mention to you that it's almost 1am and I've been working on homework and I need to go to bed so I can work all day tomorrow? Let me just say there's a lot of giggling on my side. Goodnight to y'all!

Wow. I am thinking back to my own nervous breakdown...or one of them! To that point when I was so overwhelmed all the time and didn't see any way out of it and just wished it would end. Hmmm. Don't know what to tell you! Just keep plugging along, and eventually you will figure out what to get rid of and how to have balance. Plus time has a way of working things out. But I am not envying you right now. As busy as I get, I think I'm at the point where I can handle it better than I did even a few years ago. Good luck with the new blog, and I would love to see what you write!
What month would your Study Abroad be? I still need to talk to you guys about next summer....
Ditto what Libby said. And I would LOVE to read what you blog for the chocolate company. (I might even be convinced to help you do some research, for fun.... I'm good at it.) Love you. Take care of yourself, you're important to me. :) love, sally
Oh Jessie girl!!!!! With how busy you are I am still so very happy that you find time to come and see me and the kids!!!
At least you have all these jobs!!!!! I'm jealous, I mean, I try to pick up random jobs but they just don't come as easy to me as they do for you. (Just stopped in Christiansens today to make sure I was still working gift wrap over Christmas....)
You want to go into research???? Well have fun with that - AND GO BACK EAST AND GO TO SCHOOL!!!!!!
Please post all your chocolate blogs - I would like to peruse them!
