This weekend Libby and I went up to Logan to visit my cousin Sally and her family. The main reason for us going up was for me to get a feel for the Utah State Campus and for Logan. So while we were up there we got to explore a lot of Logan and I got to get quite comfortable with the valley. We went to the Pepperidge Farm factory and the Gossner's cheese Factory. We walked around the temple grounds. The Logan temple is so beautiful but what temple isn't beautiful? I got to tour the campus twice. I went on one official campus tour, and the second was a golf cart tour by my cousin Mike. The campus Library up at Utah State is awesome! It is huge and they have this thing in the library that they call the Barn. It kind of reminds me of Monsters Inc. the factory and machine that brings the doors to the scare room. The room holds thousands of books and you put in what book you need and the machine will go grab the shelf that the book is on and bring it to the front and you can grab the book. It was so awesome!!! We went to watch the Shakespeare play Much Ado About Nothing by Serena's home schooling group. I also got to hang out with my friend Erika who is currently going to Utah State. She took me to a college BBQ and I got to meet some people from her ward. Then I went to her college ward with her and met more people. I got to experience a lot of college life up at Utah State. It has been a blast.I have not yet made a decision but I am registered at both colleges and looking for housing. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I will have made my decision!
